AI that does the work. Running in your business within a week.

Quotes, documents, reports, customer replies — the stuff that quietly eats your week. I build the system that takes it over, tidy up what I find along the way, and hand you something you can use. Not a deck. A working product, in your hands, week one.

Sound familiar?

Everyone's talking about AI. No one's told you what it would do for you.
You want to try it. You don't want to break what works.
Your data is everywhere — spreadsheets, folders, people's heads. Nobody sees the whole picture, and the paperwork still gets done by hand.
You've tried the big platforms. Too much to learn, too long to roll out, and they never quite fit.
You've been hunting for an AI engineer. Good ones are rare. Full-time ones are expensive.
Paying big for custom software before you know it works? No thanks.

How it works

1

Start with the problem.

Tell me in plain English. No spec. I look at the data you already have — what's usable now, what needs cleaning first — and tell you before we start, not after you've paid.

2

See it work in week one.

Not slides. A live product you can run, click, and try. Then I tune it to what you tell me.

3

Then the next one.

It works? We keep going. Each new piece lands the same way — step by step, no upheaval for your team. Month to month, for as long as it's paying off.

What you can count on

  • I look before I promise. If the data isn't there, or it's a mess, I say so up front and show you where to start.
  • Your data is yours. We agree on what goes where. Anything sensitive stays behind closed doors.
  • AI gets things wrong — sometimes confidently. Where a mistake costs money, contracts, or trust, a human has the last word.
  • If AI isn't the right tool for the job, I'll tell you. Sometimes a spreadsheet wins.

Where this leads

Each win builds on the last. Over time they add up to an AI-first version of your company — running alongside the original, taking on more as it earns trust. Your business keeps running exactly as it does. It just gets a faster twin.

That's if you want it. You can also stop at one task.

Questions people ask

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Everything new sits alongside what you have. Your team keeps working the way they do. Nothing stops.

This sounds expensive.

It starts free. Week one, I break down the problem and build a version you can actually run. You decide based on results, not a pitch. After that it's month to month — no big upfront number, no long contract. Stop whenever you like.

We'd rather hire someone. Why a contractor?

Because good people are hard to find and the search takes months — and the problem sits there the whole time. I cover the same ground on contract: something working in a week, then month to month, only as long as you need it. And it's not either-or. Hire later if you like. The system and the data are already yours, and your new hire walks into something that works.

Our business is unusual.

Good. That's my job, not yours. I learn how you work and define the problem myself. You don't need to know anything about AI.

Everything's in Excel and on paper. Is that a problem?

Partly — and that's normal. Requests, emails, documents, customer replies: those can be automated right away, because the data already lives in your inbox and your files. Reports and analytics need clean data first. That's a separate step — usually one to two weeks, longer if it's really tangled. You'll know which case you're in after our first look.

Do we need a detailed spec?

No. We build as we go and add what turns out to matter.

Can we see examples of your work?

Not publicly. This kind of work lives inside companies, under NDA — it isn't mine to publish. On a call I'll walk you through the industry, the problem, and how it was solved, without anything that could identify the client. You get the same discretion. What I build for you stays yours, and stays private.

Who owns the data?

You do. The system, the data — all yours. Full stop.

What happens to our people?

The system takes the dull part of the job. What you do with the hours it gives back — move people to better work, or trim costs — is your call.

What if it doesn't work?

You'll know in a week, with something real in your hands. If it doesn't do the job, you've spent nothing.

What's eating
your time?

Give me a week.
I'll show you what AI can take off your plate.
